CLEANING THE INSIDE OF THE DISPENSER
To prevent mineral deposits that can affect the taste and ow of the water, and to ensure proper product performance, clean your water
dispenser every 4 months.
□ Unplug the power cord and switch off the heating power switch (B) at the rear of the unit.
□ Remove the water bottle and bottle support collar (A).
□ Drain the reservoirs (see “Draining the Reservoirs”).
□ Pour a water dispenser cleaner (not included) or a mixture 4 cups (1 L) of vinegar with 4 cups (1 L) of hot water into the reservoir and
wait 20 minutes. If using a water dispenser cleaning solution, please follow the manufacturer’s instructions.
□ Press both dispensing buttons (D and E) until water no longer comes out.
□ Drain the reservoirs.
□ Rinse with clean water.
□ Replace the bottle support collar (A) and the water bottle (see “Installing the Water Bottle”).
GOING AWAY ON VACATION
When not using the dispenser for long periods of time or when going on vacation, conserve energy by unplugging the dispenser and draining
the reservoirs (see “Draining the Reservoirs”). Upon return, follow the initial product cleaning procedures before using the dispenser.
IMPORTANT: To avoid water overow while cleaning the dispenser, always remove the bottle support collar (A) before pouring water or
cleaning solution into the reservoir.
IMPORTANT: Collect the water into a container, not the drip tray.
